RexPeps ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our USA-based facility.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT may be processed the following business day.
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging. There is no external branding or indication of contents on the packaging. Products are packaged to maintain compound integrity during transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $199 with promotional code RXSHIP.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
