By accessing or using the RexPeps website (rexpeps.com) and purchasing products from RexPeps LLC ("RexPeps," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

Intended Use

By purchasing from RexPeps, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes
• You will not use, administer, or distribute products for human or animal consumption
• You understand that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these terms. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. RexPeps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of research materials. We cannot accept returns once a product has shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate each case individually and work to resolve the issue.

Certificates of Analysis

We provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products. COAs are generated by independent third-party laboratories and reflect the results of testing performed on specific batches. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that COA data is free from error.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of RexPeps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RexPeps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
